summer rental rate in July & August is $2,600 CAN per week. During the shoulder months of June & September the rate drops to $1,800 CAN per week. The rest of the year we offer a discounted price of $1,500 CAN per week plus refundable damage deposit. See chart below for more details. Normal weekly rentals at Cedar Moon Beach House begin and end on a SUNDAY. You are welcome to check-in any time after 4 PM, check-out is the following SUNDAY at 11 AM. These times coincide with the ideal ferry connections to & from the island.
Wildfern Cottage's

These times coincide with the ideal ferry connections to & from the island.
Cedar Moon & Wildfern Cottage can also be rented together. The house and cottage are separated by a creek, the two dwellings are visually obscured from each other by a green belt of salmon berries and tall trees. Families and friends wishing to vacation together on the beach, yet needing their own private retreats, will find this set-up ideal.

Special off-season rates are available for monthly rentals from October thru May, ideal for teachers on sabbatical, writers finishing a book, or long healing retreats. Inquire about discounts for sabbaticals with durations of 1 months or more.
