will precede the opening of the Teddy Bear Picnic starting at 10:00am. The parade route starts at Coquitlam Centre Mall and moves up to Town Centre Park coinciding with the opening of the Teddy Bear Picnic.

We have an exciting new addition to this year's event:  Festival Coquitlam has partnered up with the Tri Cities Kinsmen Rick Hansen Wheels in Motion Event, which will be taking place just prior to the
Grande Parade start time.  People of all ages across Canada will wheel, bike, skate, run, and walk in their communities to create a brighter future for people with spinal cord injury on this special day.

However, Coquitlam will be the only one
hosting the run with a parade as well.  This year we will be making history as Rick Hansen's "Roll for Hope" starts off the Grand Parade!
